Nesta sexta-feira (18), a 4ª Comissão Disciplinar do STJD divulgou nota sobre as falas do presidente do Goiás se dirigindo à CBF, mais especificamente ao presidente da entidade, Ednaldo Rodrigues. Além disso, também fez críticas a Wilson Seneme, responsável da Comissão de Arbitragem. A partir disso, Paulo Rogério Pinheiro, por unanimidade, teve sua condenação.
Assim, de acordo com a nota do STJD, o dirigente esmeraldino infringiu o artigo 243-F do CBJD, que diz respeito à ofensa à honra. Em resumo, o caso aconteceu no último dia 5, quando, em entrevista, Paulo Rogério criticou o presidente da CBF e fez duras críticas à arbitragem brasileira.
Dessa forma, o presidente do Goiás terá que ficar afastado por 90 dias. Além disso, pagará multa de R$ 75 mil. Por fim, de acordo com informações do repórter André Rodrigues, das Feras do Esporte, o departamento jurídico do Esmeraldino irá recorrer e pedir o efeito suspensivo da pena. A saber, a equipe esmeraldina volta a campo nesta segunda-feira (21), quando enfrenta o Athletico-PR em casa pelo Brasileirão.

“ A pena imposta totaliza 90 dias de suspensão e R$ 75 mil de multa. Durante este período de tempo, o dirigente está proibido de ter acesso a locais reservados dos estádios durante a realização de partidas, de praticar atos oficiais pelo Goiás e exercer qualquer cargo ou função no futebol.
Na coletiva, dentre outras acusações, Paulo Rogério afirmou que o presidente da CBF, Ednaldo Rodrigues, e o presidente da Comissão de Arbitragem, Wilson Seneme, seriam responsáveis por um esquema para que o Goiás não permaneça na Série A. Ainda alegou categoricamente que a CBF é omissa e conivente e que: ‘Somos roubados, assaltados de todas as formas’.
A Comissão entendeu que, durante sua fala, o denunciado abusou do exercício do direito fundamental da liberdade de expressão. Com isso, ofendeu a honra e, ainda a própria honra objetiva da CBF. Foi considerada, ainda, a grande repercussão das ofensas proferidas”, finalizou a publicação.
